Every second player in game decreases “nodrop” from monsters no matter where players in game are. If you play online, you can join other players and if you play offline, you can simulate them with /players 1-8 command. Practicaly all monsters and objects in game have chance for “no drop”, resulting in not having anything from monster when it is killed. For example regular ghost type creatures can drop only Junk or jewelry. Various monsters have different chances for these kind of item types. Nodrop - this is not item type on itself but calculated chance that monster or object will not drop any item or less items than maximum drop.Junk - Arrows/bolts, keys, potions, throwing potions, Gold, scrolls.Jewelry - Amulets, Rings, Jewels, Charms, Gems and Runes.Armor - helms, chest armor, gloves, boots, belts, shields.Weapons - all one or two handed weapons which can be used to deal physical damage. There is also Gold, but I have it under junk category. Loot in Diablo 2 is divided into several types: Weapons, Armor, Jewelry, Junk and “nodrop” and every monster and object in Diablo have set certain chances to drop There is definitely more detailed information on internet, I just wanted to share basics in a way that most people can understand it well. This part will be little bit technical but not too much. Additional Information - I will be posting here mostly graphical stuff with usefull information so people can get it fast without reading whole guide (This section is currently under construction).Frequenlty asked question - I will answer here to some frequenlty asked question players are not sure about or after they ask in this topic.(This section is currently under construction)
